Jazz Up Store-Bought Birthday Candles
Every cake needs it's topper. But if you're thrifty like me, you'd rather DIY your way to a cute cake topper than spend loads of money in a fancy boutique party store. This year I decided to jazz up my birthday number candles so that they matched the cake and were a better reflection of me! With some glue, food spray paint, and glitter, you can make these candles too. Check out the tutorial below.
